For the looks of it, Horror found his Eye and its using its near Unlimited Magic to end aliza onces in for all (Cmon if you wanna tell me that the eye that could power a whole mountain doesn't have near Unlimited Magic then u trippin)
And it kinda looks like Horror is more "Sane" now, prob due to him having his eye back, although i wonder why he doesn't put it back in his skull, To conserve inmortality maybe?
And unlike COTV, he doesn't seen like he is melting, so he prob didnt inject himself with DT
