@@JinxDidNothingWrong annie is a good user for that condenser relic plus SaA, she had lots of followers that had weak stats, reduced their cost to 1 is a powerful bonus
"Shock & Awe just turned Jhin 6 star." I had that same thought! Both Jhin and Annie missed out on constellations, but still got such a massive buff with this relic, its almost like they are at least 4 star now
Been playing 3-star Annie with Shock & Awe and Luden's, I can deal about 12-20 nexus damage turn one with legion saboteur and Annie attacking without any other powers
I don't think that just having a lot of 1 costs is enough for this to be good. You need to run either ludens, or benefit from skills in some way. Otherwise it's just like giving your units 1 impact, not that amazing
@@heroicskeleton1566 but with poro king all you want to do is run you're one cost mostly, so it's free real estate, you usually don't even play poro king himself in his deck

It's because it takes up a slot. It does help push damage but does it help the run more than another epic relic.
