Your comment gave me to think. There must be so many talented people around the globe, unable to share their skills and craftsmanship because of technical constraints.
When he makes a simple box by cobbling a bunch of materials together and it looks better than anything you've ever made in your entire life. Lol oh man...his clamp press is so beautiful too...
Watching him work, I get the feeling that we are seeing a level prolific talent, artistry and originality that comes along once in several generations. Just a thought.

I think making a store page is a great idea! I've never donated through Patreon. I like to buy content creator t-shirts, or in your case, I would love to buy some prints signed by you. If you made t-shirts with your print designs, I would totally buy one.
Please continue this series. It's really really cool, has a vintage vibe as everything on your channel, and the drawings are absolutely amazing. I would be glad to buy one of this and put on a frame at my office.
What still shocks me most watching every video that comes out is just the level of craftsmanship in every he does, even a simple light box? Built by hand looking great and done with care! Amazes me every video!!
wow Uri can do anything I would never get tired of him. his videos are amazing and his talent is awe inspiring and he is the most creative person I have ever seen
You can easily make cyanotype paper yourself if you can get your hands on ferric ammonium citrate and potassium ferricyanide. This will ultimately be much cheaper than buying the solar print paper and you can choose the qualities you desire of the base paper. Cyanotypes can also be tinted a sepia/brown tone in tannic acid, for example from black tea, which can be interesting to experiment with.
I have so many awesome things to say about this video, you're such a classical artist but in the back of my head, idk why, I think love's such an old fashioned word, and love dares you to care for the people on the edge of the night and love dares you to change our way of caring about ourselves.
I was thinking of the fresnel coefficient of glass and thought that it was neither reflected nor refracted (angle of incidence). I didn't suppose it was absorbed, I'm taking my physics degree and we past by optics a while back. Glad to see this comment
Your art is so weirdly wonderful, it comes from a strange mind indeed. Your style of art makes it look like it was made two hundred years ago. I love it and I really enjoy watching you create things. You remind me of this friend I had when I was younger. You're a pretty cool guy.
Hi Uri, what I like about you is the great imagination and the desire to do, you show that with a few things you can do a lot and spend your free time in serenity, removing boredom, that's why I admire you! Compliments !
I enjoyed the video, and the prints are great. Anyone getting them will have there friends looking at it for years, as always your work will always keep people talking and thinking. Thanks again for something so limited that only a few will be able to have.
Thank you for making exactly the video I needed to see and making it fun watching it. I was very inspired by your creativeness. You are very sympatical - I like your way of presenting very much. :) Always smile - no matter what. Life is a rollercoaster, enjoy the ride!
I absolutely love this. Thank you for working with a printing method that is largely dying off. The results are stunning. As a draftsman I would love to see a semi “technical” type drawing of your creations.
As a machinist by trade i must say you are beautiful man. A mind like yours with hand that can translate a endless void of passion in your work. There os only one descriptive word that comes to mind. Beautiful 😍
I wish RUclips would have a heart emoji! But anyway I love the way you work. Your shop is like mine. Small but full of goodies!! Glad to see you are doing good in these times.

well, they are beautiful, such as much of the work you do, consider doing more mechanisms, you rock them awesome, and I think we all would like to see more of them
Random pro tip: when doing long LED strips, connect positive wire to the positive terminal on one end, and the ground/negative wire to the corresponding terminal at the OTHER end of the strip. This way, resistance of thin conductive copper in the strip balances and evens out the strip! Otherwise, if you connect both one end, the strip will be brighter at the beginning than the end!
They really do look delicious, I really really hope you blueprint your designs and keep them safe ina really nice leather bound book Uri. Will be an amazing thing to pass on, but for the time being, loving watching all your videos as always!
I remember back in the early 70's in high-school drafting class we would trace our work onto Vellum then send it through a machine with ammonia and ultra-violet light and end up with a genuine, old skool blue print
Three tips from a guy working in alternative process: 1. make your own Emulsion and coat it onto good paper. You can achive a much darker colour with a freshly coated paper and engineer your emulsion for a faster drydown etc. 2. use felt or high quality blotting paper between the sheets and leave to dry one or two days. Gelatin sized paper can also be heat flattened. 3. Get a better power supply for your uv-box. I once bought the same or similar uv-leds for my box, the powersupply randomly cought on fire. A good powersupply that turns off on its own when to hot isn’t that expensive. 4. Keep printing!
When I dry water-color paintings, I let them warp, then put a thick cotton cloth on them and iron then at a moderate temperature with the steam on. It flattens right up. (I use a cotton-based paper though)
A reference to Queen...nice. You were able to use Japanesque clamps. Excellent final product. Ready to use as an Art Gallery Catalogue front page. You know your highly precise works of Art, should be exhibited for all to see your Craftsmanship. Little clamps. I must watch that one.
I’m kind of disappointed to see you have a computer. I always assumed that you posted these videos by mailing a 35mm film straight to Google
That's genius!
I think uri uses 70mm film. I mean, look at the sharpness!

It makes sense seeing that Uri is a real polyhistor. How else could he learn all those skills, he needed all that time for sure!

Personally I think that the blueprint would look really good on a tshirt, like the design. But selling the print also seems really cool
By far the most underrated craftsman and channel on RUclips. Very inspiring and wonderful to watch. Thank you for all of your content.

The glass absorbs most of the UV, you should use an acrylic plate instead (with weights)
Thinking the same thing myself. Losing like 95% of the light. Same reason you don't get a sunburn in your car.
Seems to work perfectly fine though? No problem with that so it doesn't matter.
@@MuscarV2 makes exposure time 4 times longer, it matters if you make hundreds for your patrons
Depends of the wavelength of UV.
350 nm barely gets blocked at all.
