Does you account register? it happened to me 2020 id then I start a new in 2021. if you don't registered the id this is hard to get and now you need to start new this is so sad if you need some help send request to my sister i give up care bear
but how I give up clothes can you send request to XxMishtixX 8021 and please register your id otherwise if you uninstall game and then install you again lost your id
