Somebody ought to review all these AI office visit note-capturing programs. Every week, I get emails from these companies; most charge $99 per month per provider. So far, I have tested 4, and I don't know if they save much time because they all have 2 problems: Notes still have to be manually pasted into EHR fields like HPI, Assessment, Plan, etc. And they do not learn from your individual charting style and tend to be very lengthy. Virtual scribes work for simple reports like X-rays or ultrasound reports. Now that you can create your own GPTs, I have been trying to create my own by uploading my patient's note (without identification, of course). Creating personal GPTs costs only $20 per month!
Sounds like you haven't tried the right ones. Many of them are working on or have created much deeper EHR integration. They'll all get there, but many have moved past copy and paste.
