Har Megiddo is a ancient city in Israel. Har mening hill or mountain. According to the Book of Revelation, it's the place for the final battle between the the forces of good and evil. So that's where we got the name Harmagedon from😊🤘(or Armageddon in english). And the song makes me happy too. A lot of irony in the lyrics😁
It's a sexual song throughout. One of the less obvious examples (unless you employ a thesaurus/dictionary) comes towards the end "I am the one lascivious - With magic potion niveous." A synonym for lascivious would be lustful. Niveous means milky white. I'll let you figure it out, it's not that complicated :)
The "bass guitarist" of Ghost's albums is also Tobias, he writes the parts for almost all instruments! And yeah, i think he mentioned once that Infestissumam is heavily based on bass grooves
You guys should also review the acoustic version of this song the vocals in that one are incredible, also the acoustic version of ghuleh/zombie queen. You should also review the covers on Prequelle, the songs are: Avalanche (Leonard Cohen) and It’s A Sin (Pet Shop Boys) Sadly you can’t find these on Spotify but they’re on RUclips. Yes, they do draw heavily on previous bands, they do make it unique to them. You can also hear it on every song, in each individual song they change it up to make each individual song unique.
