After playing the harmonic, you have to pull the string with your right hand beyond the guitar bridge in order to bend it. Pardon my english but I hope you understood, check on the video you can see how his right hand affects the tone of the note !
He plays the harmonic and pushes the first string beyond the bridge. I tried myself a couple times before but I'm always scared of breaking the string. I think you need to apply quite some force to make it happen.
