I just happened to get a 8th gen that’s 1 owner and 148k mint I mean mint condition in tn where I live it’s a 1.9 that sucks but it’s a damn good base to start with I just throw on a set of true heart adjustable suspension to start along with my son got a tL and got wheels so I threw on some 40 series tires and put them wheels on it the silver is almost the exact same color so it looks great but not gonna do anything to make it look fast just got be a sold low daily might raise the motor and drop the front on down it’s pretty low now I made a front lip for it it’s actually nascar clip from a speed shop by me but works great and just give it that look prob don’t help with downforce but like I said it’s not fast but very clean car bud
This is an oem HFP lip. I don’t think they made any reps of this lip and it was discontinued a while ago. If you watch Facebook marketplace or OfferUp you might get lucky and find someone who has one.
I have similar style wheels on my '08 SI coupe. Avid.1 SL02 in gun metal. They look pretty good but I need smaller tires, I took the wheels off my TSX when I sold it & am running 235/45r17 Dunlop SportMaxx tires, even with my si being all stock it still rubs a bit in the rear, just barely but they do & I am planning on upgrading the suspension sometime soon due to front strut mounts making the click sound. I think if I were to drop down to 225/40r17 or even 215/45r17 I should be able to get away w/ a very modest .5"-1" lower and a very slight rear fender roll & not have any issues. What suspension set up do you have on yours?
I have Maxpeedingrod coilovers, the adjustable damper ones. Very budget coils but honestly they are great. Everyone that has been in my car doesn’t notice they are budget coils. I also have all my fenders rolled so I can fit the 225/45/R18 tires. My next set of tires will be 235/40/R18.

I got my headlights from lightcreationz. There are a lot of people who make retrofit headlights for all generations of civics. I’d recommend hybridretrofits!

I don’t check comments every day. And the lip is an OEM HFP lip. Not for sale anywhere, you have to get it off a car that came with it.

In this video I was running 235/45’s, it’s a very nice meaty setup but if you’re low you will need to roll your fenders.

These were 18x8.5 +45. Lowered on coilovers, fenders have to be rolled if you want to have it close to this height or lower.
Where you find the front lip?
Found a guy selling an Si with the lip and got him to sell it to me.

Would I be able to air out with the splitter ?
Yes, the splitter doesn’t really add any extra height to the bottom of your bumper.
How does it hold on after the install? Do you need the supporting rods?
It holds up great, I do not need the splitter rods
