I love Sam’s interviews so much. It feels like you are listening to something you shouldn’t be allowed to hear. A private, intimate conversation between artists. You can tell how much everyone he interviews trusts and respects him.
2:53 "It's impossible to understand how they do what they do." I often catch myself with a dilemma: I see a a person at the top of their craft do their thing. I see exactly what they're doing. I see the set-up, the action and the result. But I still don't understand how they do that thing so well, and it's absolutely fascinating to see. I get my mind blown by this quite often. People are amazing :)
@@jamiesebastian5207 HA! That was three years ago. You gave me a laugh reminding me of it. I believe I got that from Futurama's Zapp Brannigan. If not some other pompous character. Rewatching the beginning of this interview I can see why I wrote that. Rich isn't always like that but it seemed appropriate. It's always nice to know there's someone out there with the same sense of humor.
Whoa! I’ve never seen Sam Jones in color.

It can’t be that they trust him tho necessarily...because they know it’s going out to RUclips
They trust he because he is a made man to the American Political Mafia.

Sam's one of the best interviewers out there. Rich is pretty damn good, himself. They both pick really interesting guests.
Love Rich Eisen. Loved the Sam Jones interview with Sam Elliot.
Seems weird to see him in color without a piano tinkling in the background.
That’s only at the end
I don’t know why they make fun of Rich’s skateboarding. He did a perfect right foot board launch into a horizontal sit down. That move is difficult.
Well! Enough about me! What do YOU think about me?
man that gave me a good laugh thank you

Try living in different countries doing whatever it takes to keep a roof over your head... that's living outside your comfort zone.
Rich is thinking, “now who is John Doe?”
I thought he was 40 at most. Born in 66.
A hard 40 LMAO
@@steveconn alright 44 max
It's all the turmeric he takes. 🧡
Actors are SO FASCINATING. Yawn. Who cares what the majority of them have to say. Find new heroes everyone.
