Hello Artsiom! I love your videos, Im going to start a proyect like this. Is it better PVC than aluminum por cover the battery and the VESC? And what kind of truck pads did you use? Where did you buy it? Thanks a from Spain!
Greetings my brother from Spain. I personally like PVC better as I like my deck to have some flex. Battery itself doesn't get too hot, so aluminum (which is good for heat sinking) I think is an overkill for battery enclosure. For VESC enclosure, aluminum is a solid choice (if you are going to have a separate enclosure for your vesc). Here are links to parts you were asking about: Trucks with motor mounts: flipsky.net/collections/accessories/products/15-2-inches-double-kingpin-trucks-for-diy-electric-skateboard-longboard-esk8 Same truck and motor mount + motors + wheels + pulleys + belts: flipsky.net/collections/groups/products/group-t3-diy-electric-skateboard-full-truck-and-motor-kits-dual-drive Skateboard truck rubber riser: www.amazon.com/Angled-Wedge-Rubber-Riser-8mm-14mm/dp/B00JXVG3SA/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1PQJ5OYGDOWS5&keywords=rubber%2Bskateboard%2Bangle%2Briser&qid=1644538366&sprefix=rubber%2Bskateboard%2Bangle%2Briser%2Caps%2C85&sr=8-5&th=1
Not sure what you mean by first time. I did not notice it. If attached truck in reverse, board is completely unrideable (ie: rider leans left, board goes right). Can you specify what and where in the video you are talking about?
@@artsiomnaidzich9515 that's what I'm talking about The first set of trucks you had on the board. you have both of the kingpin nuts facing in. They need to face reverse toward the street. Thats why you turn left the board goes right. Nothing wrong with the board more so with the set up
@@MrStrandy17 You are talking about opening shot. At this point the board has been taken apart. If you look closer, the trucks are not even bolted on. I just placed them there to show how the board used to look like before I started the conversion process.
@@MrStrandy17. The board was sound before conversion process. I took the board apart when i was fixing its battery in a previous video. When i started this video, i put those trucks on just to show what used to be on this board.
Very interesting. Nice
Spasibo!
Great video! You should do a tour of your garage showing all your tools that you use to build all these projects!
Keep up the great work!
Good idea Kevin. Thanks.

Love the video but I think you have those reverse king pin trucks backward the first time

@@artsiomnaidzich9515 then before the conversation process they were set wrong and probably would have worked pretty well

I was wondering if you do commission work
Im trying to find someone to build me a battery pack for a 48v electric motor
I can do that. Do you know what you want out of the battery pack? Besides 48v. What is the motors used for?
Look me up on FB. Same name as my channel. DM me through FB messenger.

Thanks hemigod!
