Again, she said ok at first but then couldn’t do it after all as she went on a hiatus. A few days before Matsuri’s bday stream, Rushia did a stream for her 2nd anniv. And who appeared as one of her guests? Haachama. Haachama did a pre-recorded video for Rushia but not for Matsuri so Matsuri got really upset with this and went to rant on twitter using her IRL account. Both of them have since made amends about this issue. Although judging from this clip, it looks like Matsuri forgives but she really doesn’t forget. 😅
