I thought the same thing like Spinelli’s saying he’s not at the hospital, and like did you tell the hospital check the OR....because it doesn’t seem like anyone but Patrick Drake operates like he’s the only neurosurgeon in the hospital..

It’s so sweet to watch this and realize that years and years later Anna and Maxi are getting ready to have a double wedding..

What boggles my brain is that they’re probably not even an hour to two hours away from the wedding, Patrick’s going in to do brain surgery what is a 20 minute surgery?🤦‍♀️ please the average surgery for Neuro is 2 to 3 hours at the minimum...You would think that Leila or Matt would’ve called Maxi...someone
