    Thank you, great exercises! I'm 54 and have been an avid runner for 20 years. I started noticing a strange right knee pain and weakness after moving from a sitting to standing position. Felt like my knee/leg was about to give out. Got progressively worse over time to the point where I thought I seriously injured my knee. A trip to the ortho for an exam and x-rays did not reveal any structural issues. They gave me some exercises but they did not seem to work. I then visited my chiropractor and after his exam he attributed my right knee woes to weak glutes and suggested some exercises but also said to check out RUclips as there we plenty more I could benefit from. Glad I found your video as I'm feeling a difference and hope to be back running soon!

    Thank you so much. I can do some of this. I have knee arthrodesis. It was hard because i cant bend my knee at all😞. Thank you so much for this video. It helps me a lot. I appreciate it

    Thank you Dr Baird. How many reps,/sets. How often, daily 3x a week etc. ?

      I would start with 2 or 3 exercises that match your level and perform for one minute. 3-4x a week is a good place to start. The free program on my website has a full routine that is a good place to start. Good luck 💪🏻
