My mum did this. She would send us down to get a packet of cheep nylon stockings. She would put one leg into the other and put the grape musk into that to drain.
Do you know what kind of wild grape those are? I'm in Central Texas and can find close to my home ones called mustang grapes. I don't know enough about wild grapes to do something with them yet
Honestly, I'm not 100% sure what kind of grapes they are. One of my goals to figure out for this year. Juicing definitely works best with the ones we have - definitely not table grapes. Thanks for watching!
sound good! several weeks ago i was on a vacation with my husband and near the place we stayed we found amazing grapes over some fence (not inside someone territory but outside in the street), they were kind of flame-muscat grapes and absolutely amazing! @@FromScratchFarmstead
I was recently walking in my mom's neighborhood and saw big clusters of wild grapes in the brush on the edge of a neighbor's yard. I wanted so badly to pick them but I can't just pick off of somebody else's property.
Oh! I don’t blame you! In our old neighborhood, someone had a pear tree that they didn’t do anything with. I was so tempted to knock on their door and ask if I could pick some!
Hello, what you are calling "wild" grapes, look suspiciously like our Concord grapes, that for many years I paid for to make my jelly, etc. We didn't plant them, however I know someoe did. They were here when we moved to our farm. Unfortunately, now I have a difficult time harvesting them because the birds seem to get them first.. I knew that ours were Concord at the first taste and yours look just like them......I doubt very much that they are wild. Enjoy and if they are concord, try selling them. They are expensive!
I bet those taste so much better than anything bought from the store. Yummy!
They are delicious, especially after they sweetened with the first frost! Thanks for watching!
After the gummies have firmed up in the refrigerator did you have to keep them in the refrigerator or could you keep them on the counter?
I keep them in the fridge. If they get too warm, they will melt. Thanks for watching!
Thank you! I can’t wait to try grape gummies.
You're welcome! I hope you love them!
We call them "possum grapes" in Louisiana and make jelly with them. It's all of the family's favorite.
Sounds yummy! Thanks for watching!!
Thank you. I have a lot of grapes @ hopfully I will succeed with your recipe🎉
Wonderful! I hope you love it!
Thank yoooouu ❤❤
You're welcome! :)
Is there a reason why you didnt add honey to the juice before the thickener?
I like to keep it raw and add it after so it's not heated. Thanks for watching!

Ha! Well I guess that’s one way to do it. Very interesting!!

Concord gets its unique flavor from American grapes. Concord is a cross between European grapes and an unknown American wild grape.
