I'm a 9.5 Wide and have an older pair of Dexter shoes that are an 8.5M... I know you said they fit pretty true to size... Are you 110% positive they're true to size of my sneakers which are 9.5 Wide?
Really well! The slide sole gets a tad dirty (as any sole will), but I can replace that piece whenever which is nice. The BOA system seems to be holding up well which is the thing I was most skeptical of before I bought.
@@hmongxwb88 sorry for the super delayed response. I have flat feet and just stuck in my insoles before bowling. The end is normal width. If you have wide feet, I'd consider sizing up.
Thanks for the review, Mike. I have the same shoes and find them too slippery on the lanes and want more brake in the heel. Any tips for that? They are very comfortable!
Interesting. When I first used the shoes, I nearly faceplanted because there was to much brake in my heel. Now that I have broken them in and the heels are less tacky, I don't have that issue anymore. For you though, if you are looking to get more brake with your heel, I would suggest maybe making sure your heel on your slide shoe is as clean as possible. A clean heel should be slightly more tacky versus one that has broken in a bit.
I hate everything about this shoe. I have the dexter colorshift boa, and they are way better. They last longer than these and you can replace everything on the bottom including the heel and soles. I had the hyper flex pads on my old shoes and I continue to love them. Sorry 😞 just not a fan of these shoes. Sorry to be a downer 😃😂
Very fair comment. There is a reason these are labeled as the "lite" version, and because of that, they are half the price of the shoes you mentioned. For me, I don't need to replace everything on the bottom of my shoes. As long as I can replace my sole if needed, I am good. I finally threw a 300 while wearing these a few months back, so I guess they work for someone lol
Good to know thanks I did not know that
Thank you mike they look super cool solidified my purchase
Thank you for making this video

Yeah just bought a pair
I have extra wide feet . I wear a 9.5 x wide feet. Should I size up
@@stephengrant8505 yup! I'm a size 10.5 extra wide, so I got these shoes in 11.5. comfortable and snug
How are these shoes holding up after a couple months of use?

Is it ok with people with flat feet? How wide is the end

@@krugy562 How long have you been using the shoes? It took me a couple games to break these shoes in.
Did you get a shoe cover in your box with these like the newer models come with?
I did not. Sorry for the delayed response
The sliding sole is replaceable? Is it Velcro?
Yes is it Velcro and very strong quality Velcro 👍
i am left handed is there any difference between the both wit the slider
Yes. You typically have your slide on your right foot. Some entry level shoes have slides on both. These are dedicated to either left or right.
Is the shoe pretty breathable?
Definitely the most breathable bowling shoe I have worn

@@mikemchitown everyone has an opinion. If the shoes work for you , then they work. Thanks 😊
