- Thanks to the team at Creative Mesh for allowing me early access to be able to show off one of the best mods from FS19 now back for FS22. In this video I'll run through aIl the different options available to you and how to use the equipment. Straw Harvest will be coming to the ModHub very soon.

This was by far my favorite DLC in FS19. Feeding bales into the stationary pelletizer was a great way to spend the winter months when there isn't much fieldwork going on. Of course, I want it NOW....today! :)
This looks awesome, I didn't get to experience FS 19 (or any of the older Farm Sim games) but I can't wait till this mod comes out For FS22. It makes straw/hay farming so much more interesting. Thanks for covering this mod, I was just about to look for more things to use my excess hay and straw on, I suppose I'll give this one a go once it gets released since I found it interesting.
Great preview FSG I am glad this is back I did enjoy using this plus you can fill a high lift trailer and fill the hopper on the bagger machine and save time and keep up with the great work 👏👏👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm in love and hooked, this is just awesome, and the animation as you say, the productions😍😍😍😍😍 This is the most awesome things they have ever made for Fs22 in my opinion. I will most definitely use this. I would love to see more things like this come in the future

The a KRONE BiGPACK 1290 HDP is a old 4 generation baler and not the new 5th generation baler. I'm not a farmer but I have a passion and I know a lot about KRONE products.
Congratulations on a very informative video by far the best I have ever seen,
I can remember on FS 2015 a Krone mod which you could fill with netting and foil by opening the side panels very much more hands on.🧐

Loved the videos from the exhibition. Would be interesting to know why some manufacturers wouldn’t want there machines on Farm Simulator.

One of the best additions to FS19 is finally back and by far one of my most anticipated mods for FS22.
It was way ahead of the FS game back then and this still is.
The attention to detail is just absolutely stunning!
I am so, so glad it's finally back and hope that "very soon", means very, very soon ;)
I cannot wait to use it again, especially since I have finally figured out a nice auto-drive + CP-combination.
Btw, does the Straw Harvest mod integrate with the other things? i.e. hay pellets for your horses, cows as a feeding option or additional ingredient for TMR?
Mabye a bit oversized for the job to put on one bale🙈 But I must say that I love it 😍 Is it a modded one that claas?

Amazingly well made mod! It's better than most DLC's.... The quality is on the highest level. A lot of different componenents, so you can choose how you want to approach it. I think the people that play realisticly and enjoy doing 'yard work' will love this! It's a bit to much manual work for me now, but I might give it a go someday.

There's no need to pallet everything up as there's the option to sell the loose product, the Premoss is a bit slow in the field but it's a lot less work than baling, converting back to loose and selling.

BTW for those who are having a hard time moving implements inside the Pellet Hall Palletizer, I found a trick where if you used the crane inside with it on the bale attachment AKA bale claw you can lift implements like the bale shredder with it. Its a bit clunky but I managed to make to use it align it to the Krone Premos 5000 while both of them were inside. Not sure up to how much weight you can lift with it but it worked when I tried it just out of curiosity. (Edit: And for some reason even a Fendt Vario it can lift and even rotate)

I'm only 10min into the video, but IIRC from SH in FS19, there was a 4:1 compression ratio of hay/straw to pellets. You should mention that in the intro of the devices, especially when talking about the prices of sales...its only 25% as good as you show. IIRC from my FS19 playthroughs, the logistics was one of the primary reasons to go with pellets. You can end up with SO much bloody straw, it can be very difficult to sell it all (unless you put a roquefort cheese sell station at your farm)....so transporting pellets is MUCH more efficient than transporting straw. Personally, if I make too much hay for my feed, its better to just do silage on that field the next season. Silage is still and will forever be the king!!! lol
Glad it is back I hope it is out for ps4 as I am yet to upgrade to my dream pc and I love all the videos will u incorporate it in the contractor series and when is the contractor series next out

in previous vertions you could extend the walls in the sheads by waling up to them and also the pellet heat plant used to have a window to see mow many pellets are in it. the bale shredder on the premos looks glitched out as it isnt touching the machine and it should be atached over the center

First time seeing this mod. Quick question: Can the pellets be sold in bulk? That is outside of the heat generator. I think it is an amazing mod and the animation on that large Krone baler was super impressive. As much as like “Automatic” Every farmer knows that string and wrap only lasts so long. Hopefully there will be a palletizer mod that will accept bulk pellets and spits out loaded pallets. Just sayin…… Awesome review yet again FSG
Another brilliant review on a brilliant mod. It would be great if there was a opening in the back wall so the pellet machine could stand outdoors. Who would run a tractor inside all day if it could stand outside. Then uou could use the Case 715 to run it too😂😂
You could leave it outside and use conveyor belts to feed the pellets into the hopper of the palletizer.
@RWR2903 , yes and no.. why would I use one gate to get a conwayer in that will be in the way when I want to load pallets🤔

Hey @TheFarmSimGuy I love this mod and I'm so glad it has come back. Could you do an automation video? I've tried setting a course to load at the pelletiser and deliver to the bays in the shed, but they're not "tip" points so struggling. Ad will drive the route and load, so I guess it's gonna be a cp course instead 🤦🤷♂️
I'm with you James, I'm not sure you'd be able to really automate things with it
@@TheFarmSimGuy unless someone could mod the shed into a "silo" giving it a tip point. I've got the ad course working but won't tip. I'll try cp and let you know, but the freedom we had with 19 in recording custom courses seems somewhat lost in 22

This pack could be an opportunity for a new business venture for the Contractor and with multi bale loading it's a match made in balemagedon heaven. It would make a cracking addition to a multiplayer server too. I can see some huge fleet of wheel loaders/telehandlers and such a bit like Clive with his harvesters rather than the crane option.

Yeah, it was a pain to unload the Pelletizer on the move in FS19 - you need to find a low height trailer that can hold 18k liters (to have 2 dumps before offloading into warehouse). Having that extra 9k holding for your Pellet cart is vital if you are carting grain manually as well. You need mods to do this efficiently as well, either CoursePlay or Followme to have the Pelletizer follow the harvester, doing all carting manually. Of course you can use the funky adapters to get the Pelletizer to work on a combo with huge HP like a JD X9, which lets you harvest and pellet without courseplay/followme, which is perfect for console players. However, carting such a setup is VERY tricky, but can be done.
Do you know if it is possible to fill up the production with pallets from other production points that produce pallet? If you understand me correctly. That would be awesome

Can you use any straw to make pellets? Or just a specific crop-straw. Also does it work on straw dropped from contract fields? I like to use the Lizard forage pickup to sell loose straw from contract fields ... but this would be fun too!
It has to be baled but any straw should work (not cornstalk straw)
How much did it make on the sell point ( electricity)??
Just a heads up, don’t use liftable bales with the bale shredder,, crashed every time when I tested it

Скажите, а эти гранулы можно куда-нибудь использовать, кроме продажи? Например животным или еще куда-нибудь? Или это дорогой способ избавиться от излишков соломы?

I have installed the harvest pack but can't find it in the store for some reason.
SHeds are in the build menu, balers are in balers section in the shop and tthe pellet maker is in miscelaneous

Not that I can see from the testing so far, I think they would need to be added into the XML as an additional food type in individual maps
What bugs me is that the static shredder isnt really attached to the baler and the straw just floats midair into the baler.
I do state in the video that's a glitch and only happened once
when js the next contractor episode out

The mod itself is brilliant but the downside as always is the FS22 issues with forklifts handling pallets (or not handling them as often happens). There's no need to pallet everything up as there's the option to sell the loose product, the Premoss is a bit slow in the field but it saves the headaches of pallets getting stuck in forks which mine seem to do more often than not.
Actually these pallets are worse than the base game ones, it's almost as if they've ported over the FS19 ones directly, without any of the new fixes to make them a bit more manageable.

Not sure but they did up the crop limit with the last expansion so hopefully that's sorted things
the bale grab doesnt work for me, i have tried changing the controls for the action but it doesnt work does anyone know a fix to this issue?
