Scarey that you think all computer systems arent regulated. They are for financial institutions by the FCA , the problem here was that the post office owned by the government is not regulated but it should be. It should also be regulated by accountancy standards so that the so called fraud in the court cases had no attempt to return the money to the customers but added to company profits.
