This is the BEST feeling ever. I wake up at like 10 or 11 each day and stand up from the bed at like 12 or sometimes later, and whenever I wake up early I realize how great that feeling is but still can't get to do that regularly.
I feel like this video is more about selling us this lifestyle instead of talking about your personal journey of becoming an early riser. 3/5 tips are things we need to buy or obtain, whereas the last 2 tips I feel are much more difficult to implement in your life without some aspect of personal growth being involved.
It's funny because in eastern europe during the winter days lasts only 7-8 hours. The sun rises 8 am and sundown is 3/4 pm maybe its not the best idea to start and end at these particular hours :D

I have always had this weird thing happen where I always wake up within the same 10min (7 : 25 to 7 : 35) all on my own without alarm except for the days I have somewhere to go early, then I automatically wake up 1 hour before I have to go there (+/- 5min) but always around ??:30 or ??:00 +/- 5min
after already having a few hours of work behind me, feeling like the whole day is still ahead of me is priceless
