Because ive looked at pictures of sam sulek and larry wheels, and they have these things all over their chest and shoulders. Now im not saying the gentleman in the video is abusing them as far as I can tell thats the only thing I see. I just thought it was something I would point out, if your sitting there and asking yourself "is my favorite influencer natural?" Look for these things. Extreme acne, chest spots, acne in weird spots like the back or chest, extremely vascular veins, weird veins they tend to spiral, very oilly or red skin, hair loss, being very big but very lean, and over developed muscles. Trust me when you see these they will stick out.
