It would depend on whether it was salvageable and on how much money I had. (In reality, I'm pretty poor. LOL!) These videos are a fun way to enjoy them vicariously.
Apparently, you have to first check with the county to make sure a property is actually abandoned and available for sale. Depending on price and condition of house, yes I defintely would buy one (provided no exorcism is needed) 🙄
hi Kyle beautiful homes you do a great job on the video and telling the story of the homes hope you were safe out there 🙏🙏🙏 💖 you guys thanks for sharing
These places all need like a million dollars each in new roofs, windows, plaster, heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing. Plus a permanent staff of 5 just to keep the places up to snuff. Worse even, they places may be listed as historical, limiting the updating allowed. We will pass.
I'd like to move in that last house, renovate only one room to live in, and then let the dogs roam all over the rest of the house peeing and pooping as they wish. And make it a canine sanctuary.
Would You Guys Buy An Abandoned House?!
6 17🎉 how can anyone buy without knowing where they are. Grrrrr.
