3:26 I'm glad that my favorite content creator called out Established Titles (kind of, but in a sneaky way), especially while being sponsored by the company. No other creator that I know of has said that it's a novelty gift business. Not only are you a funny and talented actor, you also have integrity. I hope more people stop giving Established titles, Highland titles, etc. money and instead donate directly to non-profit charities that plants trees.

Still love ya tho, most of my favourite artists and creators sponsored Established Titles now knowing, well... Let's just say not one single iota of the company or who they deal with have anything to do with Scotland or any Scottish people. Or trees. And you can't legally put "Lord" or "Lady" in front of your name as a title with this piece of 8x11 printer paper. Please don't take the video down but maybe, after some research, put a disclaimer annotation and change the description.
You do not actually get the title lord or lady nor do you own the lad per the Scottish government the tree they plant does not really exist since the land they own as a company is considered protected land and is under no threat of deforestation.
Idk if anyone has said it yet but that lord shit is totally a scam. Legal eagle made a video about it recently. So yeah please don’t throw your money at these people at least watch eagles video 1st. Be careful of companies out there folks

It is. Scottish laws say that land cannot be sold in the size that established titles says they sell. Also the title of Lord/Lady is granted by the country and special appointment. Not just by owning land. And regarding the charity work they say they donate to, they have released no evidence whatsoever supporting this and basically operate on a "Trust us" setting. Also by looking into the company itself you see it's owned by shell companies that are primarily owned by China. Essentially you're giving random people money who then only print a fake certificate and mail it to you while saying how great they are.
