Okay the Stretch ability could be useful for keeping enemies away (if you put any in). Like you jump over a set of spikes and an enemy is following behind. Boom, select the spikes and ground behind you, creating more spikes and ground that the enemy can’t jump over.

@@IrrationalMango or if you implement some kind of "boost pad", the longer your character is moving across the boost pad, the faster they go. Then just stretch the boost pad to get more speed to jump further/higher.
i know this is probably a scratched project, but if you ever want to return, you should add a pad that slowly makes you speed up, so in one level you have a massive gap so you have to stretch the dash pad to be able to jump over, or just burry it with the stretch powerup
I have an idea: Stretching spikes makes it safe to walk on because it is no longer sharp.

This feels very much like an old Nitrome game called Fault Line, except here you can also stretch and override space instead of just squish it. it's a cool mechanic that could lead to a lot of unique concepts. Good luck dude!
stretching might be useful. consider a wall blocking off a hallway. if you stretch just before it, walk up to it, and cancel the stretch, the wall might now be on the other side of you, which means you're on the other side of it.
of course, the other two abilities would do the same, but remember: stretch is cheaper.
