You’re so right! Caring what people think about you is like a heavy burden and not freeing. I’ve struggled with this too and it has taken me a very long time to release this burden. Little by little. It comes back when I least expect it but I’m still on the journey of not worrying about people’s opinions. It’s such a hindrance worrying and prevents you from truly living. I can relate to you girl I’ve grown up shy and got no friends, too. But I got family that keeps me going. About being alone:
I don't know if this will make sense to you or not Kelsey and I know it might be a different circumstance but here's my short story.
I wanted so bad to be with this guy all the time morning noon and night when I was younger and my world revolved around him for some stupid reason.... I thought that it was the norm and then we broke up and when I finally accepted it the weirdest thing happened "when I was alone with myself, I wasn't lonely anymore"
