He was getting revenge for his family. Alexis was attacked because she killed his uncle Luis. Emily was killed because she was Jason's sister and Jason killed Diego's father. Maxie was probably attacked for when she bullied his cousin Sage plus she was also trying to keep Diego from being with Georgie and was always putting him down. Sam shot him (so obviously he'd want to kill her). And well Georgie was an accident...he was suppose to meet Maxie in the park and Georgie went instead and saw his face so he had to kill her. Georgie's death was the only one he regretted he was in love with her.
Maxie wasn't attacked because she bullied Sage. She was attacked because Maxie was instrumental on getting Diego caught for the PCU stalkings which he was the perpetrator.
Okay this was a big waste of a s/l. It could have been soo much better IMO. I'm not saying bringing Diego back was a BAD thing (because I used to love him, before they made him an Alcazar at least), but c'mon, making him the TKM?! Wtf is wrong with these writers? This is NOT the Diego SANCHEZ that came to Port Charles in 2004. He was a sweetie, especially with Brook-Lynn. Now he's a maniac.

Georgie was the one that locked Sage in the freezer for Mary to kill her. Plus Mary really wanted to kill Emily it was mistaken identity
