Hi Tom, do you also do rentals? Or just sales? Currently i'm in Vancouver planning to move with my family to nova scotia (Halifax) mid 2024 and looking for a 2BR apartment for a long term rent.

I live in Bedford. Rents are $2,700 for a 2 bedroom apartment and housing prices are insane. If the interest rates keep going up, it may become a ghost town soon.

"Nobody lives in Bedford anymore; it's too crowded."
    (Old joke --^ )
Years (decades) ago, Bedford was an independent jurisdiction, and they had their own police force (Bedford Police). They wore brown shirts, and yes, they wore those brown shirts well (but not too serious of course, still Canadian). They'd literally pull over cars that were just passing through Bedford, if they didn't like the look of you. It was all a bit odd... 🙂
