- A curfew-like situation has been imposed in Balochistan province in Pakistan after a violent crackdown by military on people protesting against what they called "Baloch genocide". The crackdown resulted in the death of one person and injuries to several others. Rights activist Maharang Baloch from Gwadar has accused the security forces of shelling and firing on locals in Gwadar, and preventing anyone from entering or leaving the city.
