- Even though there were trees, bugs, and mud everywhere, this desert-loving family still had a GREAT FIRST DAY AT AOAA!
🛑 The first stop of the 2022 Ultimate Offroad Field Trip was Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area in Shamokin, PA. After a hot few days of pre-running trails, we were really excited to welcome all of the guests and explore #AOAA with them.
We had a solid group and even though we (they) may have lost a spring here and there 😂, we all made it out and the day flowed really well! We found a little bit of everything - trees, mud, and rocks - and had an EPIC FIRST DAY!

Awesome vid guys. I really appreciate your no nonsense / no forced drama attitudes. And that you’re doing this as a family is a huge bonus. My son and I just spent a couple days at AOAA this weekend with my club. 3 of us ran part of Mammoth on Saturday and that was totally thrilling. Was my first time to AOAA and can’t wait to get back there.
