i have a question, im really struggling to rotate my shoulders and hips at the same time and end up with a poor catch could you tell me a drill that would help correct this many thanks
I'm a county-regional swimmer who is in the 13 year old category even though I'm younger then 13 and I got for 50m backstroke 35.16,I am only only 0.36 seconds of regional qualifying time
You could count the number of strokes it takes you to reach the other side. Be careful at first and once you are sure you’ll need to count your strokes every time. Also you could ask them if they can but flags in the future? That’s what I would do.
