I dont mean to get the claws out, but that monestera needs more light to the amount that your watering it. You`ll get more fenestrations within the leaf too.

Haha 😂 thank you! I used to have it by a big window but the sunlight was too direct so the leaf started going yellow. I am in the process of trying to find a better spot for it, thank you for your tips 🤞😊
