It's Swahili. A languages from Eastern African. Lots of Eastern African nations like Kenya and Tanzania have it as its national language. It's the same language used in some of the songs in Disney Lion King animated movie.
The lyrics for Natlan's theme song feels like they're waiting for someone important (heroes) to come back. Not sure if it's from somewhere else or from death (since they mentioned resurrection). But at the same time, I'm thinking this is also a message for travelers (heroes) who have left Teyvat for long time to return.
@@cosmic_petal Just in case it didn't go through, my second paragraph was referring to players who left the game for long, and the song was singing that it's waiting for them to come back. Probably just me thinking too much, but it'd be good if that's really the case.
@@Azem4144My current theory on this is the "heroes" are stuck in the abyss. Childe, when he was a young kid, slipped through an abyss portal and was stuck there for 3 months. When he was able to come back to Snezhnaya his parents said he was gone for 3 days. There's seems to be a time difference/dilation of some kind between Natlan and the Abyss. If Childe's time there is 3:1 (Abyss:Teyvat), maybe a reverse can be true to where you only spend days in the Abyss but years have gone by in Teyvat. If a "hero" is stuck in the Abyss and the "hero's" family have been waiting for his return for years, he'll be counted as "dead". And if this "hero" manages to escape the abyss, he will be "resurrected".
