Nano+ and Lite+ Wins "Best of the Best" at the 2022 Red Dot Design Awards

  • We’re proud that the EVO Nano+ and Lite+ both won “Best of the Best” at the 2022 Red Dot Design Awards. From thousands of entries, 2199 won Product Design awards, and of those, only 119 received Best of the Best awards, chosen by a panel of design experts.
    We attended the award ceremony in Essen, Germany, along with 1,200 other guests from 40 countries.

    Your customer service has declined terribly. Left messages and emails with no response. At onetime it was better than DJI, what happened?

    servizio assistenza pessimo, non rispondete alle mail, non aggiornate il NANO plus da mesi ormai ,non inserite nelle funzioni speciali il dinamic trak da voi tanto pubblicizzato prima dell' uscita del drone,..insomma che dire tutto pessimo 👎👎👎👎👎👎

    Congratulations on the achievement. But as many here, I agree that your customer service support is lacking big time. Also, you guys really need to seriously consider updating the firmware to your new products if you want to increase customer confidence and overall sales entirely.

    The Chinese DJI is the best, their firmware updates and service and quality and durability and technology

    I will never buy Autel again. No after sales support for their drones. I had hopes for them, but I think I will sell my Autel drones and go back to DJI.

    where are all declared modes. Smart modes do not work in evo 2 pro, when will you fix it?

    I am an autel lite plus user, although I am very satisfied with the image quality and flight time, the instability in the joystick control (sudden side shift or hard turning in turns) and insufficient software (variable whitebalance even in pro mode) + no more automatic flight modes, the drone in automatic orbit
    off-center)
    I am not at all satisfied with the direction, if these problems are not resolved, I will regretfully have to return to the DJi brand.

    Nice video....For the $$$$ spent on the EVO Lite + is there currently a setting in the app that allows the end user to transition to VR mode....I.E. Use a pair of VR/FPV goggles for flying? I.E. Parrot ANAFI.

    Customer service is horrendous!! Been calling in for OVER A MONTH!!! No matter how many times the automated system says leave a message and someone will call back, no one EVER does! From the pre-sales debacle, to getting a broken drone battery, to apply OR using Autel Care... save yourself the hassles!!!

    The drone feels 40m for no reason, Autel says :pilot error. Will not be repaired under warranty. Price for repair at Autel higher than for a new drone. No parts available. Autel does not sell parts to customers or independent services . No VAT receipt, asked several times. And Autel removes bad reviews from their website. This one was screenshotted. Bad quality, bad service, no spare parts and review manipulation. Do you want them to have your money?

    I am trying to update the firmware. I keep getting "download failed. please try again". Tried dozens of times. Options?

      I was able to get the firmware to update. Had to keep hitting the update button about 50 times. And I rebooted both the controller and drone.
      Next problem: I keep getting the warning "gimbal is self checking. please take off later." The gimbal does work, but the message keeps repeating. Another problem is with one of the batteries. Two of them work fine. But when I have the third on in the drone, the drone will not connect to the controller. Bad battery?

    Congratulations, but is it deserved ? The Nano+ is great but :
    Active track on Nano+ has been promised since start but Nothing until today ! All customers will be disappointed! I feel a little cheated while I bought the Nano+ because of the option and nothing comes ! The advertising is deceptive !!!

      There’s a way to access the Dynamic Track feature... I just uploaded a video showing how on my channel. You should check it out. Do keep in mind that it’s a beta version to test and not the final version that Autel Robotics will release in a firmware upgrade-whenever that will be. 👍🏻

      @@DroneSyndrome Thank you very much 👍, I´ll try this on weekend and cross the fingers, Autel will soon release the final version. On first week in June they wrote me that it´s not planned to release in short time but we´ll see. Beta exists and so the hope is not lost 😉👍
