She'd been through hardships but got it together. Very well educated woman.☘

Wow, she was very beautiful as a young woman. Marianne is now 75 and has had a very tough life at times. She went through a long period of drug addiction and even lived on the streets at times. She has survived cancer and Covid (did 3 weeks in hospital with it) and several other health issues. Glad to see she seems to be doing well again. So many from her era have not made it to their 70’s.

[01 August 2022] She had - and always had, even at her most ravaged - the most creamy caressing cut-glass speaking voice. Sure, maybe she wasn't the best singer in the world, but she had a wonderful speaking voice. She should have been a poet, and recited her poems aloud. I bet she would have been happier that way.

Funny you should say that. She actually has three poetry album. Two she did with Gregory Corso in the 90s and one she released a few years back with Warren Ellis.

She was there in Paris in the summer of 1971. Her boyfriend Jean de Breteuil who succumbed in Morocco and Jim Morrison and his hasty internment in the Perelachaise. That summer of I971 in the city of Oscar Wilde and Jacques Mesrine 🔮

She looks so much like Brian Jones. Like his sister. There is the hair and the features and they both were souls in pain, had both difficult life, could have have been together, heal together and make a good couple.
People who share their pain start to understand each other and there, starts a dependance and they fall in love and heal together then.
I’ve seen that before, it happens often.
