I changed bajillion tires on one of those things in high school in my after school and weekend job in the late 70's early 80's. Looking for the bubble balancer in your shop, like we had. Balancing racing slicks was a pain in the backside.
These type of machines last forever if you do decide to pull it apart you should be able to take that seal to somewhere that does sell them and get a non genuine one to fit it because realistically you're going to use more oil if you keep just topping it up then what a new seal would cost I hope you cleaned out all those tubeless valves and stuff that was stuck under there as well
For now we found a happy spot and it hasn't leaked a drop. But yes, we will definitely replace the seal when we have a bit of down time. And yes! We cleaned out quite a few goodies from underneath. Thanks for watching!
Place a large hose over that vent, loop downward into a gallon jug to catch the excess until you can empty it.

ATF is not what you should be using in a Pneumatic Air Cylinder non detergent oil is the go to for air powered tools.
