I have never been religious, only been to church for weddings and funerals. But, I took notice of Gean Scott. His passion and unbelievable stamina, he was truly a man with his God's energy. Loved him, and still find him to be a remarkable man...
this is so great! I remember being a boy raised in the Assembly of God church and so many i knew couldn't get past Gene's sense of humor and some of the antics he pulled, which i believe were intentional to try and tick off the religious and i was literally told to not watch him on tv and that he was demonic. That just made me want to watch him all the more. What a great mind!
I was in the hospitol with a fractured femur fir 30 days and my nightly morphene shot was timed for 2am, just when Dr Scott came on. It was surreal. He was smoking cigars, swearing at people and calling them idiots and saying "Just send money!". He reminded me of Oscar the Grouch, but his teachings were spot on and the music was awesome!
My biggest memory of Dr. Scott was when I was little I would be channel surfing and would come across this guy sitting in a chair (was it with a cigar?) and sometimes he would be totally silent.....literally just sit there like he was waiting for something. Maybe there was a season he was doing this to make a point. Anyway...I am LOVING the teachings of Melissa Scott. I have been watching alot lately

I worked at a television station in the early 80's that aired several hours of Dr. Gene Scott every night. It has been so long ago that I had forgotten just how AWESOME are, his words! Blessings to your soul, Dr. Gene Scott. I remember, and I do miss the good "old" days. Praise Jesus!
In the book of Genesis the name of God is mentioned 32x. In II Corinthians 11 Paul mentioned himself 41x ( 41 I's ). In II Corinthians 12 Paul mentioned himself 43x ( 43 I's ).

When I was an Intern for Dr. Scott I was also required to Join the Choir But on the first day I was relieved of duty because I said a joke about Ron's Name (his last name was span) so when I came in I said hello tell me something "How Far does Ron Span" HA! not funny Myron Leave the room see as easy as getting out of jury duty lol.
