Arsenals main problems are a lack of a striker, having a novice Manager and off the field problems for #5. I heard he was arrested at the training ground in the last 24 hours, waiting to find a confirmation.
Not really. In the system Mikel has chosen to play this season, any striker, apart from someone like Henry, would be wasted defending so deep and building up so ponderously. They still score lots of goals without a Haaland Isak or Salah. In 2024, i think only lfc outscored them by like 5
A couple of season's ago Liverpool went through a tough season, injuries to key players. They've obviously bounced back. It happens, ridiculous red cards, injuries, poor player form, have really hurt their campaign. The fact that they still sit in second place is amazing. This is not entirely Arteta's fault, although the lack of transfer business in the summer lies with him and and the club. He did not blame the ball, taken out of context. But Arteta opened himself up with his comments.
Arsenal have been unable to keep a consistent team playing due to injuries & suspensions which has effected there consistency in wins. White,Gabriel,Calafiori,Rice,Merino Ødegaard, Saka, Havertz have all missed numerous games due to injury, Timber,Saliba,Trossard have missed game due to suspension. But with all this it’s 1 loss in last 14games could have been worse considering the circumstances.

They clearly haven't watched Newcastle play since November... get someone in who has actually been watching them

Arteta didnt actually complain about the ball. Watch the interview he was asked and said they have to adapt...
Arsenal are so stubborn.
If we had signed a striker during summer, then we wouldn't be in this mess.
Refs, injuries, poor transfers, no striker
Give Newcastle some credit yogi bear
