You are amazing and so easy to follow. Beautiful fabric also. I will definitely play it back and write down the fabric measurements and start a new container for this one. Fall foliage would also be great for this with the gold nine patches in the center and cream for the sashing. Thanks for sharing!
Such a great pattern and the fabrics are gorgeous. I have learned so much from your tutorials, Thank you with a greatful heart , Gloria Schleh from Missouri.
Loved it! Especially the pieced border, that was a beautiful touch. Am going to plan on doing this one. Appreciate the way you lay pieces out and explain the assembly process. Would love to see you quilting this. Thank you!
Thank you Laura! Another great tutorial! I love the pattern especially the checkered border! The Timeless Treasure fabric you chose is also very beautiful. Hopefully I can work this one in this year 🤗
That's gorgeous, I really like it. I'm doing my summer rag quilt soon. Nice houndstooth, tweets and herringbone. Yes I know what you're thinking oh but that a fall quilt I know but I love fall all year round. Lol. Also I sleep in furs in the winter soon the rag quilt will be much more lighter for me. Hope you're well Laura. XxxX Scott England.
Sorry to ask but when explaining the parts for the block you said 8 floral pieces will do the 9 patch and the points should it be 12? I want to check I have enough fabric before I start cutting. Lovely quilt, thank you for the great tutorial as always.
bellissimo progetto Laura ! Ti vorrei chiedere se nei tuoi tutorial hai anche il log cabin tradizionale con il centro rosso. Non so che misure occorrono. Io ho molte strisce da 2 1/2 inc e vorrei utilizzarle. Grazie grazie ancora. Sei bravissima e molto chiara nelle tue spiegazioni
HI Laura, is there a download available for this quilt that lists the fabric quantities, measurements of the cuts and how many of each size. I think this is a pattern I would like to make.
I understand that the 12 fat quarters will be sufficient for the stars and the double rows of 2.5 inch squares. The 5 Uds is the total needed for all of the white pieces and the binding? Am I correct?
hi! i'm learning and don't know who else i can ask about this. i am doing a serpentine stitch along the strip lines of my jelly roll race quilt. i've gotten little wrinkles in my backing fabric caught in my quilting lines. i am using basting spray and thought i was keeping the fabric taut. 1-what can i do to fix the little tucks in the back? and 2-how can i prevent this? i'm using a walking foot and attempting to keep the fabric feeding smoothly. help!! ❤️
margaret ann chamblee the only way to fix the back is to take out those stitches. or wash the quilt and hope the whole things wribkles just enough for it to not be noticeable. as for basting, sometimes ots not taut enough. i reccomend using packing tape and taping the edges of your backing to the ground pulling it tight, then spraying basting spray, then add the batting, then baste spray, then your quilt top pulled taut and also baste with pins. then remove the tape from the edges of your backing. also look up the pool noodel method of basting and board basting. good luck!
Nice, simple but attractive quilt. Thanks for another great video 😊 👍 💕

Amanda Mumford I'm going to agree with you, the block needs 12 2.5" squares for the outside corners of the 9 patch and the star points
Hi Amanda, yes it is 12 pieces at 2.5" all will =2.5"
thank you for your help:)

No sorry I just did the video
Love these blocks but didn't see all the fabric on TT web site. Is it still available. I'm a butterfly fan.
I just looked and it is no longer in print, see if a local store still has it. It was from last year
