I think the only reliable information would be from Landmark Realty itself. They may have to redesign the estate plan and present it to it subscribers. I understand if Landmark is taking it time to communicate to it subscribers on this issue. However; not communicating at all does not do help.
Good Morning you're right.. Every estate have to redesign their estate layout and survey since this new change have affected everything in the estate and that's why they are yet to make official statement. Please be patient for the road to be completed am pretty sure they will make statement before then.. Thanks for your understanding 🙏
Good Afternoon and how are you doing? The estate owners around that area not just Landmark only are waiting for the Coastal Road completed so they can reallocate clients that have been affected. Definitely they will all need to do another fresh estate layout to Carter for the reallocated clients
I feel you should show the distance of the road from the gate to know how deep it went into the estate and If this plan has been there it means the land and survey in Alausa are the most incompetent because imagine if this estate was already developed the kind of people houses that will be affected? Because I think the federal govt didn't just wake up to choose this locations if it has been there why then did the Lagos government not consider it while approving surveys or did the federal govt change the plan.
Good Morning I guess you don't base here in Lagos and if you do you would have known that the former Coastal Road that was later abandoned by Govt was assigned 30 years ago and every community and estates have giving the necessary setbacks to that Coastal Road even on their map and layout in Alausa its indicated there, however what made Govt changed their mind and decided to take the land behind is not known yet. So it's not the fault of estate owners and communities that Federal Government encroached on their lands hence the compensation they are giving. As for my video this is just the first video am making regarding these Coastal Road passing the estates, in my next updates I will be using drone to capture every location even distance from the old abandoned Coastal Road, the sea down inside the estate. Hope this answers your questions? See you in my next video
Many thanks Peter for sharing. Its unfortunate that Nigerian govt are chasing clouds. Is costal road Nigerians problem?

Hi Peter, what is now the fate of the 3 estates belonging to landmark reality as they have changed the road for the coastal road.
