Wow, you had no chance with that one not visible until a split second before impact. Watching you flying towards a low sun with those leafless trees just apearing out of nowhere was pretty tense. Awesome flying spot though, where is that?
I was expecting the worst during my hike down to retrieve it. As I got closer I could see a dash of white, dangling in a spiky bush just past the gap. At first I thought it was just a wing or a shard of foam, but when I managed to get through the inhospitable terrain... There it was, pristine, with just the hatch dangling to the side. I was so happy.
Great flying there buddy , did you use any gadgets to locate your plane or were you close enough to know where it was ? as I'm wondering how or what I could use if I was to loose my plane.
Thanks buddy. Nope, no special gizmos, I'm just familar with the flying location. I've flown by/past/over those exact trees many times before and I knew exactly where they were in relation to my "home" point.
Probably my favourite of your vids! The low tree dodging stuff is my kind of flying 👏🏻😎 the wing survived that extremely well

nice... looks a lot like some of the place here, unfortunately you need an ATV to get to them.... or a very looong walk
