Ingredients:
2 big size Potatoes
3 tbsp cornflour
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp oil
Oil for deep fry.
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tbsp crushed ginger
2 tbsp cup red capsicum
2 tbsp cup green capsicum
2 tbsp cup onion
1 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
3 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp black paper powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp cornflour
