Facebook groups are an amazing source of free leads, but they are almost TOO good.
A lot of spammers have been attracted to using Facebook groups for lead generation, which means that some of the old ways of getting leads in Facebook groups aren't working as well as they once did.
Fortunately, I've got a solution...
It has to do with finding "hidden" Facebook groups that the spammers aren't using for lead gen. When you know how to uncover these untouched Facebook groups, you'll have an awesome source for free daily leads.

I'm not exactly sure which link you're referring to. The links in ads generally go to a sales page, whereas links I use in my posts typically direct people to places within Facebook (since external links tend to massively reduce reach of a post)

It's possible... but spammers tend to be lazy ;)
No tactic or technique remains permanent. One things that works today will not work in next 6 months . Market is improving and so does the marketers , so it is what it is . Use it while it's working to get the best of out of it 😂
Question. Ive been told to not overly post what you sell on your personal profile because people will stop following you. But I do have a private page VIP group. Can I prospect this way through my VIP group?

Good question, Kay. When you say "business account" - are you trying to grow a business PAGE on Facebook? or are you using your personal PROFILE?

@@KayInc. Definitely your personal profile. Business pages are really only useful these days for running FB ads
Still struggling to find the right groups and the right leads to connect with. I’ve looked for a lot of these groups but they’re either too saturated with other sales people, or too small with not enough activity or posts. I’ll keep trying.
One strategy I like to use is to join paid-for groups. Those are often full of great leads
I am hoping that I can get into "condensed groups" for General Contractors... What can I search for in groups that will get me into groups that are not high volume and a lot of sellers?
Hey Grant, I've never done any searching for that particular niche, but I guarantee there are lots of groups just like what you're looking for. Where do I find the ads? Also I am a contractor who provides a remodeling Service, my question is what can I buy to get me into a group in my niche?
Good question. We keep an eye out for FB ads from our competitors (or from companies that offer products/services that our ideal clients might be interested in). Then, when I see an ad, I click it... this "pixels" me so that FB will show me more similar ads. You can actually "train" FB to show you the ads you want simply by clicking the right ones.

A thought about FB groups...
The people who are members in my FB group are likely also members of dozens of other groups too. While I hope they become longtime customers with my business, I know I don't "own" them as a prospect or a client. If they find someone else who's offering what they need, that's great.
I serve my audience as best I can, but also recognize that they are free to become part of many other audiences too. That's why FB is such a useful tool - it gives so much choice and opportunity for us all :)

You can use this same process for any niche. I just used weight loss as an example :)
