@@whitecollartrucker no shit. i’ve never heard of a trainee being “rewarded”. with sleep. i think thats funny. if you told me my reward was extra sleep, i’d tell you to go get bent. How long have you been driving yourself? my guess is less than 2 yrs. most likely started training guys when you had about 6 months experience.
I just submitted my application to TMC earlier today. Going to go to their school and get my CDL, hopefully!

I try to train non stop. So hopefully the weekend he graduates from my truck I will get a new trainee that same weekend.
