Imagine being a group of adventurers and you walk into a random town and everyone is just Making out! Trying to buy items but the shopkeep is too busy making out with the tavern owner. Trying to book a room for the night but the inn keeper is hooking up with one of her patrons. Trying to leave town and a young couple is just blocking the exit. No way around.

I'd love to do the poll but I can't make community posts until I get to 1000 subscribers, so soon :P In terms of the general theme of the videos, I've got some class spotlight videos coming up, how to make each class in each engine, MV/MZ. I've got some slightly more advanced tutorials regarding voice acting and sidequests. More mapping videos are on the way as well. Some parallax but most people seem to want to see RTP so that will be the focus. Also, maybe an RPG Maker specific fiverr video here and there because they seem to be popular. Also at some point in the future. 24/h Live stream game jam! So there's plenty to look forward to, and always feel free to leave suggestions in the comments as well. I add them all to my content notebook.
I was wonder how to do attacks like breath of fire or tales of phantasia and animating those characts and make it work in the battle scene .cannot figure out how to do it, haha, hope a guide for it , nice vid.
That would be cool! Animating would be the easy (Extremely tedious) but easy part of that. The hardest thing would be the battle system and you would probably have to have a separate battle system plugin for the mechanics to all work.

This video is about to be my bible starting now. However, regarding the ugly arm thing. I figured copy and pasting works. But gimp blurs it when I rotate. Any suggestions for that? My two biggest scenes are hug/pinky promises.
i know this comment is 2 months old and im not very familar with using gimp but when you have it selected with ctrl + t there should be a setting somewhere that says "interpolation method" you're gonna wanna change that to hard edges/nearest neighbor, it shouldnt become blurry when you change it to that setting
Pretty much exactly the same way but have it as a cutscene where the actual main character is invisible and have an NPC clone to represent the main character. You can do that in the movement command by selecting movement, player, transparent on.

You need a digital pen to draw those moving hands and colouring right or did you do all that with the mouse?
