    Hallo. Nach was wird da bei min. 3:25 geschaut? Ob die Nockenwelle Einlaufspuren hat? Oder ob wirklich alles sauber ist? Würde mich mal interessieren. Und mit wie viel Nm wird die Steckpumpe angezogen?

    Maybe you should comment that assure tha the pump is not under load before removing the 2 screws; could ve dangerous

    Please can you inform me the part number of electronic unit pump of MTU diesel engine 16V2000 G23 , and MTU engine serial number is 536 105 122 & year 2005 ,,, rpm = 1500 ,,, thanks in advance

      +Marcos Oliveira - hallo und schön, dass Ihnen das Video gefällt. Das Spray ist ein ganz normales Reinigungsprodukt wie man es z.B. auch für Bremsen verwendet. Ein "Bremsenreiniger" (Brake Cleaner Spray). Dieses Mittel ist in Europa sehr verbreitet und ich bin sicher, dass Sie so etwas auch in Brasilien kaufen können. Gruß vom Service Team

      Hello, practically I can explain - but that are maybe too much words for the RUclips answer. The fuel cycle can be different in detail from engine to engine. It depends from technology and which type of engine. Here we are talking about heavy diesel for truck engines. Generally the fuel cycle is tank / pre-filter / fuel pump / fine-filter / high-pressure pump (PD / Common Rail) / high-pressure pipes and spray nozzles or DI with injectors. Especially in the high pressure part of the Diesel fuel circle are big differences in between old technologies and modern technology. As I said - It depends...     you are not using special tools to remove and fix it oring
    there is a plastic sleave
    you need to used WIS document

      Hello, hmmm - YES - you are 100% right! BUT... Of course we have all the OE documents and we discuss how we should work and what to show in a movie clip before we are doing the movie. I fully agree, normally in ALL cases we should use recommended special tools - be we also know from workshop experience that this is not guaranteed in 100% of all the cases. In fact of this we decide when we want to show the "workshop way" of doing this - as long as we see no danger for our products. And honestly saying, with a sensitive way of working and some lubricant it should not be a problem to change an O-ring without a plastic sleeve. But finally you are right - plastic sleeve is recommended and needed for 100% professional work. Last not least - in some manuals is recommended not to overhaul - a change of the parts is necessary. Will you also follow??? We are open for compromises as long as they are clever and not risky business. Kind regards from the Service Team

    Désolé mais il y a erreur il existe un outil pour remonter les joints à fin de ne pas les déchirer (c’est pour ça qu’il va re fuir) et arbres à cames dois être positionné vers le bas au remontage de la pompe unitaire

      Hello, I hope the translator in the Internet did a good job - the spray we use for cleaning is just a simple cleaning spray - there are different items on the market, but we realized that simple brake-cleaner is mostly the best.       Hello Carlos, same answer here - we give this movies as an example how to handle our products - mostly the recommendations are not specific for ONE engine and the torques can be different - this is why we recommend to check the engine manual to find the correct instructions for torqueing.
