How to make Guasacaca | Delicious Venezuelan Sauce 🇻🇪

Preparation of one of the most delicious sauces in Venezuela, it is ideal for arepas, tequeños, meat and roast chicken. This sauce has a certain similarity to guacamole but it is not the same since its ingredients vary. The ingredients are:
INGREDIENTS :
* 2 small avocados.
* 100 ml of oil.
* 25 ml of vinegar.
* Half an onion.
* Half pepper
* 2 cloves of Garlic.
* Chives (optional)
* Salt to taste.
PREPARATION:
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until everything is well integrated. If you notice that the blender is having a hard time blending the ingredients, you can add a little water to facilitate the process, then season with salt and if If you like it, add pepper and that's it.
