I have a conflict here. You see, I was sure Moana would join the Mirrorverse, but I thought she would be a Support character. You see, considering her curious resemblance to Te Fiti, I thought maybe she could inherit Te Fiti's power to bring life and heal her allies. Her oar would be her weapon and she would use it to attack in the distance with the power of the sea. The Disney Princesses are getting too many Melee characters. They need some of them in different roles, so they can have a "balance". I have some guesses for several ones: - Jasmine: Ranged, as Aladdin's franchise already has characters in all the other types (Aladdin-Melee, Genie-Tank, Jafar-Support). - Aurora: Support, as she might have learnt magic from the three good fairies (Flora, Fawn and Merryweather). - Cinderella: Tank, as her night gown turns into a protective battle armor, shielding her from damage and increasing her strength.
Interesting picks. And yeah, I could see those Disney Princesses in the roles you described. Cinderella was already used to enduring hardship and getting her hands dirty, thanks to everything her stepmother and stepsisters put her through. A Stellar Magic boost could turn that into a source of combat durability. And the glass slipper she left behind could inspire a power that lets her drop something akin to caltrops that damages enemies who step on it. Kind of like Olaf, but an effect that damages enemies instead of healing allies. Studying Stellar Magic under the fairy trio after what happened with the needle could give Aurora the idea to look into countering similar effects she might encounter later in life. As a game feature, I could see that turning into a healing effect bolstered whenever Aurora herself is hit by a debuff. Similar to Jack Sparrow and his "curses", but more directly connected to in-game debuffs. Jasmine's ties to the ruling family in Agrabah could set up an opening for her to acquire another of the rare and treasured artifacts that Alladin's story claims were amplified by Stellar Magic. Heck, Maybe Genie, after escaping his lamp, turned it into a projectile weapon and gave it to Jasmine to help her deal with any so-called "suitors" looking to jeopardize her freedom for their own gain.
@@williamgreci8219 You know? Considering Jasmine has a pet tiger named Rajah and the Cave of Wonders had a guardian with the head of a tiger, that could be the key for the source of Jasmine's power. Another idea is around new characters from Mulan's franchise: - Shan Yu: Tank, obviously; thanks to his size and physical strength. - Mushu: Ranged, as he gets bigger with his firepower and his fireballs are like the cannons with dragon's heads. - Li Shang: Support. This might sound weird, but with characters on the other roles, Support is the only place for Shang to be. Maybe his martial skills allows him to use Chi to heal himself and others. Besides, there's an alternative group of character who could also complete a group for each kind of character and Shang would still be Support. I'm talking about the trio Yao (Melee), Ling (Ranged) and Chien Po (Tank); even their colors match their roles.
Thoughts. 1. If I got a nickel for every seafaring melee Guardian whose bio mentions finding enemy weak spots, I'd get 2 nickels. Which is not a lot. But it's weird that it happened twice. Yeah, that meme seemed like an easy way to sum up my thoughts on the matter. But seriously, Moana is only the 3rd seafaring melee Guardian total, and she has so much in common with Hook. And Ariel, now that I think of it. 2. Moana can still stifle melee and tank enemies with her heavy attack. It's just with a lower chance percentage compared to ranged and support enemies. And her special ability has no such role or percentage restrictions when it comes to stifling enemies. And for any viewers confused as to why Jake mentioned Moana wounding enemies when he read the developer notes but not the in-game info about her abilities and talents, I can explain. If Moana applies her stifle debuff to an enemy in the middle of activating their special ability, then her core ability, "Clear Paths Ahead", applies a stack of wound damage over time for 5 seconds.
I haven’t used hook in a long time, so that’s pretty interesting. Thanks for clarifying that point, as always. That’s exactly why I read the dev notes!
Yeah Moana and Alice look beautiful I'm happy they're in Disney mirrorverse

@@jakemillerdisneydon't know if you plan on doing it but would love to see a tier list of who you think are top tier units.
