The Chuck E. Cheese in Hicksville, NY, opened on January 24, 1994, and features a 1-Stage show. It underwent initial expansion between 2004 and 2005, followed by another expansion and full remodel in mid-to-late 2013. The 2013 remodel included space from a closed Blockbuster Video store. The stage originally had three screens and Chuck E. wore a tuxedo, which was later changed to the Cool Chuck outfit in the early 2000s. In 2019, Chuck E. received jeans, maintaining his Cool Chuck outfit. The location started its 2.0 Refresh on June 10, 2024, with a grand reopening on July 19, 2024.
