Just check the strength
If it is more than 4 MPa (for dry density 650 kg per m3) then it is grade 1.
If it is between 3 and 4 MPa, it is grade 2

Yes you can do cavity walls. Calculation of R Value for cavity wall? It will not be easy as it depends on so many Parameters

Hello sir.... Can we use Ambuja AAC blocks for semi framed and semi load bearing structure? My plot size is 65×42 = 2730 sq feet and have only 14 columns and column size is 9×18. But I have given coping beams on every 3 feet and lintel on 9 feet with hanging beam on every wall below the RCC slab... I have used 9 inch ambuja aac blocks.... Now I am a bit worried because someone told me that using aac blocks in semi-framed and semi- load bearing structure can be dangerous...

Sirji main jald hi double floor construction chalu karne wala hu per hamare engineer kha rahe hain ki Ham ground floor per red bricks used karenge aur 1st floor per AAC blocks use karenge. Per main pure construction mein AAC blocks use karna chahta hun. Kya yah sahi rahega. Main bahut confuse Ho Gaya Hun kya karun.

Ensure that you don't use hot blocks in your wall - best thing to do is keep the lot for 48 hrs aside before using them in your wall

1)If slab and top beam casted after aac wall construction will it bring load on the wall?
2) if we cast open slab our contractor saying it is difficult to cast lintel at 7ft height, If we cast lintel after wall construction is it safe?

You can cast the beam and slab after wall construction - it will avoid cracking
But please precautions of other things to avoid shrinkage cracking
It means clay brick is more better than acc blocks

You can cut a V groove and fill the cracks with jointing Adhesive Mortar. The cracks are not structural and once closed they will not any further problem
