The reason why it takes you so long to get EVPs is because when you're doing a EVP session you ask a question and then ask another 1 right after and then another 1 after and another 1 after that.. you dont give them any time to answer.. they could be talking but because you wanna keep asking questions in rapid succession you don't hear anything.. if you see what he's doing, he's asking a question and then staying quiet so you can hear something when you play the evp back and that's something you don't do and you still don't do it to this day, you continue to ask questions in rapid succession instead of asking 1 question and then being quiet like he is.. if you read this comment, and the next time you go investigating and wanna do a EVP session, do what he's doing, ask a question and then be quiet so you can hear something Incase there is
Exactly. When Josh was holding that radio and it was supposedly "speaking" you can tell it was mostly likely from a song and also I couldn't hear the text that he heard. Smh
I walk past this building at least once a week. They are currently doing some work on it as the last time I saw it a lot of it was knocked down. Good episode lads and I can confirm that there has been lots of confirmations of this building being haunted. It also has a lot of history.

Josh, just a thought... if this building was used as a hospital in WWII, the explosions from the fireworks could have been triggers for the military personnel who have passed.
I visited St Joseph’s in 1979 when my husband was a patient there. The building back then was was in good condition and the architecture amazing. It’s so sad to see the decay.

I agree. They kept demanding actions from the spirits for them to take that action as a sign to leave. If they tell you to leave, don't demand something for you to do as they tell you, just do it. Josh would've quickly respected that and left but the guys he was with kept on demanding for them to stop, which means that it is not Josh who acted rude but his friends.
Guys listen. As much as I enjoyed this video, there are problems with the way you are speaking to the spirits. Some of your questions sound very demanding. You should ask them to do something, not tell them to do something. Always introduce yourselves to them first. Also, the tone of your questioning is often less than friendly. My brother is a qualified parapsychologist and he’s had numerous experiences with spirits, and there is a particular set of principles and rules when addressing them, and how you should conduct yourself in their space.
At 36:40 where he asks “what do you want us to know ?” I used my audio soft ware to debunk what they are saying the ghost said hear me now. I ran the audio from the video then I ran the audio they played from the recorder. In the video you can hear noises from something falling at 3 secs after they asked the question. Then on the recorder you can hear the same noises at 3 seconds after the question was asked. It registered the same frequency on both the audio from the video and from the recorder. When you go into a place believing it is haunted your mind tends to play tricks on you.
The same with the voices. Once something is planted in your brain such as words, that is what you are going to hear because your concentrating so hard to hear it.
I watch to many scary things these days. And the weird thing is that i'm actually scared of things like these.... but I just find myself clicking on the video watching them.

I'm still angered that people would just destroy whatever they find. That's what I don't like about the human race: they find something that has been untouched for decades and their first reaction? Destroy it. I hope there is a place after life where vandals have to stay before they are judged. I've explored an abandoned place before and all I did was look around. It hadn't been touched probably for 40 years...

In the morgue, I got the impression that there were at least 2 entities there, a male and a female. It was like they were arguing among themselves and that the female called out the male entity "you are the devil," and he replied, "you are a &itch." That, to me, seems more likely because Josh and his crew were not provoking or being aggressive.
I thought so as well, I commented a similar theory. If you want you can check it out. But it definitely sounded like an abusive man and an angsty women who where arguing or something and he told the four that they should get outta there by saying the aggressive 'hey' and 'how did you get here?' And than demanding the women to 'come here'
I love that you made this video with the uncut version of the evp session in it. I’ve been a paranormal investigator for most of my adult life and I’m 44. I have to disagree with Andrew (I watch the guy) when he said spirit can’t leave and follow you. They can and I have had many spirit follow me home as they felt safe with me and my husband when we have left an investigation. Another team member had a child leave an orphanage that we investigated and had to drive back over 3 hrs to take the spirit back to the location. We have driven down streets and had what is called a hitchhiker spirit enter our car to the point we had to tell them in a stern voice to leave. So yes spirit can attach and leave with you. Those evps that were caught are intelligent spirit and not residual spirit. Residual spirit just replays their life over and over like Groundhog Day. Also just be careful cause a location like that with dark energy/entity can leave you with having vivid dreams of that location and really have a massive hold on you. I would like to find out more about the methods used in paranormal investigation. For example who the pioneers are who developed technologies or techniques used in paranormal investigations. I'm not looking to be involved in this type of thing, simple to progress my own knowledge and understanding. @@garyfreeman896 I use a lot of old school style methods when it comes to investigating the paranormal. I love the use of candles and allow the spirit to manipulate the flame when asking yes or no corresponding questions, which is a very old school style of investigating. The use of video camera, film style camera or digital camera is a good way to capture any apparitions. I don’t like using the K2 meter as I find it is too easy to manipulate with having anything like a mobile device to close to the proximity of the device can set it off. I love using laser grids as it will show off when spirit will pass through the laser lights which is such a cool way and usually gets ppl whom are skeptics to almost believe that what their own eyes are showing them isn’t their imagination. My favourite piece to investigate with is definitely the voice recorder and love using the spirit box even though the white noise does tend to give me headaches with all that noise happening when scattering through the channels. I love the new app that Omar has brought out cause it eliminates that noise. The necrophonic app. I also love using the ouija board. Ppl say it’s the devils board, but tbh it’s just another form of communicating with spirit but you honestly need to know how to use the board properly and close the board correctly. I have used this board with the man whom knows the ins and outs of the ouija board and is very well respected in our community by the name of Robert Murch. I have also investigated with Rob Demarest from GHI whom is also very well known world wide and an awesome bloke to investigate with and I’m honoured to call him a mate. I thank you for the reply as I try to be so respectful to everyone in the paranormal field and like to work with others investigating what we love. It can be such a nasty, horrible field to be in and really we should all just try and support each other. @@garyfreeman896 answer to question 2 is no. I don’t believe in making money on the afterlife. Reason I do this, cause since the age of 14 I have seen things that I couldn’t explain and have always wanted to find out what happens when we pass on. Having died twice myself and been brought back to life I have found a better understanding for things that happen. Since around the age of 23 I have been able to talk to spirit, see spirit and have helped move spirit into the light. I have worked with other mediums that have helped cleanse buildings and land so I find myself very fortunate to have my gift. I believe I was given the gift to help others. I have helped many families that have had paranormal activity in their homes and never once asked for money. Answer to Question 1 I never really invited anything in at first I saw things I couldn’t explain and needed to know what was happening. Then all of a sudden I found myself seeing things and talking to spirit like most ppl talk to the living. It scared me at first, now I just ask if they need anything or have a message to be past on or if they need help. Yes I have dealt with demonic entities and they scared the crap out of me I’m not going to lie. My only piece of advice is to be careful, make sure u brush off before u leave, have some protection on you and make sure u ask archangel Michael to cover u in light. That one I highly recommend

Ghost or not. They will still react to the sound of something that is closely related to an object from when they were alive. For example, WW1&2 ghost will react to fireworks as if it was a grenade or mortar or bomb back during that time.

Concerning the EVP with Devil. The guy holding the recorder has a pentagram tattoo on his figure. If they are from WW1 or 2, a pentagram was still seen only as related to the devil. They seem to be asking "Is he the Devil". Might be directed at your recording, or between more then one spirit!? You have to take into account for everything you say and bring with you when doing EVPs. Including references to a specific persons items, clothing, in this case, tattoos that are visible.

I dont think you needed to worry about the spirits at the end, as what I feel you guys tuned into was an argument between atleast 2 other spirits, a female and a male. I think the female originally said to you guys that no one believes her, and when asked why, she said about the devil. I then think the male came along and then she said 'your the devil' to the male, to which he then called her a bitch, and so on. I think the female is a nun, and refers to any negative males as the devil, so I dont think the actual devil was there, just a bad man who is now in spirit form. As a nun she is probably hanging around to protect the children from him. I would also suggest probing into this the next time you are there because it is rumoured that children got abused and molested there by some male staff.

I’m just seeing this vid for the first time. I find it interesting how at the end, after it’s been determined that they’re talking with an evil spirit, the tensions in the room escalate and everyone begins to get a little testy with each other. the thing that makes me laugh with these haunted exploring videos is that they dont use any protective charms, means or talismans, crystals, salt or anything to repel these spirits to follow them or feed off their energy. and they dont understand that they're modern people exploring old places that have entities that have traditional views. if a nun from the 1920s or something saw them theyd definitely call them the devil incarnate near a cross of jesus. they have pierced ears, pentacle and saturn tattoos, dyed hair etc.

I walk past this building at least once a week. They are currently doing some work on it as the last time I saw it a lot of it was knocked down. Good episode lads and I can confirm that there has been lots of confirmations of this building being haunted. It also has a lot of history.

I visited St Joseph’s in 1979 when my husband was a patient there. The building back then was was in good condition and the architecture amazing. It’s so sad to see the decay.

Guys listen. As much as I enjoyed this video, there are problems with the way you are speaking to the spirits. Some of your questions sound very demanding. You should ask them to do something, not tell them to do something. Always introduce yourselves to them first. Also, the tone of your questioning is often less than friendly. My brother is a qualified parapsychologist and he’s had numerous experiences with spirits, and there is a particular set of principles and rules when addressing them, and how you should conduct yourself in their space.

At 36:40 where he asks “what do you want us to know ?” I used my audio soft ware to debunk what they are saying the ghost said hear me now. I ran the audio from the video then I ran the audio they played from the recorder. In the video you can hear noises from something falling at 3 secs after they asked the question. Then on the recorder you can hear the same noises at 3 seconds after the question was asked. It registered the same frequency on both the audio from the video and from the recorder. When you go into a place believing it is haunted your mind tends to play tricks on you.

In the morgue, I got the impression that there were at least 2 entities there, a male and a female. It was like they were arguing among themselves and that the female called out the male entity "you are the devil," and he replied, "you are a &itch." I love that you made this video with the uncut version of the evp session in it. I’ve been a paranormal investigator for most of my adult life and I’m 44. I have to disagree with Andrew (I watch the guy) when he said spirit can’t leave and follow you. They can and I have had many spirit follow me home as they felt safe with me and my husband when we have left an investigation. Another team member had a child leave an orphanage that we investigated and had to drive back over 3 hrs to take the spirit back to the location. We have driven down streets and had what is called a hitchhiker spirit enter our car to the point we had to tell them in a stern voice to leave. So yes spirit can attach and leave with you. Those evps that were caught are intelligent spirit and not residual spirit. Residual spirit just replays their life over and over like Groundhog Day. Also just be careful cause a location like that with dark energy/entity can leave you with having vivid dreams of that location and really have a massive hold on you. @@garyfreeman896 I use a lot of old school style methods when it comes to investigating the paranormal. I love the use of candles and allow the spirit to manipulate the flame when asking yes or no corresponding questions, which is a very old school style of investigating. The use of video camera, film style camera or digital camera is a good way to capture any apparitions. I don’t like using the K2 meter as I find it is too easy to manipulate with having anything like a mobile device to close to the proximity of the device can set it off. I love using laser grids as it will show off when spirit will pass through the laser lights which is such a cool way and usually gets ppl whom are skeptics to almost believe that what their own eyes are showing them isn’t their imagination. My favourite piece to investigate with is definitely the voice recorder and love using the spirit box even though the white noise does tend to give me headaches with all that noise happening when scattering through the channels. I love the new app that Omar has brought out cause it eliminates that noise. The necrophonic app. I also love using the ouija board. Ppl say it’s the devils board, but tbh it’s just another form of communicating with spirit but you honestly need to know how to use the board properly and close the board correctly. I have used this board with the man whom knows the ins and outs of the ouija board and is very well respected in our community by the name of Robert Murch. I have also investigated with Rob Demarest from GHI whom is also very well known world wide and an awesome bloke to investigate with and I’m honoured to call him a mate. I thank you for the reply as I try to be so respectful to everyone in the paranormal field and like to work with others investigating what we love. It can be such a nasty, horrible field to be in and really we should all just try and support each other. @@garyfreeman896 answer to question 2 is no. I don’t believe in making money on the afterlife. Reason I do this, cause since the age of 14 I have seen things that I couldn’t explain and have always wanted to find out what happens when we pass on. Having died twice myself and been brought back to life I have found a better understanding for things that happen. Since around the age of 23 I have been able to talk to spirit, see spirit and have helped move spirit into the light. I have worked with other mediums that have helped cleanse buildings and land so I find myself very fortunate to have my gift. I believe I was given the gift to help others. I have helped many families that have had paranormal activity in their homes and never once asked for money.
Answer to Question 1 I never really invited anything in at first I saw things I couldn’t explain and needed to know what was happening. Then all of a sudden I found myself seeing things and talking to spirit like most ppl talk to the living. It scared me at first, now I just ask if they need anything or have a message to be past on or if they need help. Yes I have dealt with demonic entities and they scared the crap out of me I’m not going to lie. My only piece of advice is to be careful, make sure u brush off before u leave, have some protection on you and make sure u ask archangel Michael to cover u in light. That one I highly recommend

Concerning the EVP with Devil. The guy holding the recorder has a pentagram tattoo on his figure. If they are from WW1 or 2, a pentagram was still seen only as related to the devil. They seem to be asking "Is he the Devil". Might be directed at your recording, or between more then one spirit!?
You have to take into account for everything you say and bring with you when doing EVPs. Including references to a specific persons items, clothing, in this case, tattoos that are visible.

I dont think you needed to worry about the spirits at the end, as what I feel you guys tuned into was an argument between atleast 2 other spirits, a female and a male. I think the female originally said to you guys that no one believes her, and when asked why, she said about the devil. I then think the male came along and then she said 'your the devil' to the male, to which he then called her a bitch, and so on. I think the female is a nun, and refers to any negative males as the devil, so I dont think the actual devil was there, just a bad man who is now in spirit form. As a nun she is probably hanging around to protect the children from him. I would also suggest probing into this the next time you are there because it is rumoured that children got abused and molested there by some male staff.

As someone who was unfortunately a homeless 'junkie' for a while, the vast majority are more scared of the ghost hunting people walking through the safe and dry shelter that night, seemingly talking to themselves, and wishing you'd just leave us alone.

I’m just seeing this vid for the first time. I find it interesting how at the end, after it’s been determined that they’re talking with an evil spirit, the tensions in the room escalate and everyone begins to get a little testy with each other. the thing that makes me laugh with these haunted exploring videos is that they dont use any protective charms, means or talismans, crystals, salt or anything to repel these spirits to follow them or feed off their energy. and they dont understand that they're modern people exploring old places that have entities that have traditional views. if a nun from the 1920s or something saw them theyd definitely call them the devil incarnate near a cross of jesus. they have pierced ears, pentacle and saturn tattoos, dyed hair etc.

Spirits can still communicate with you even if you protect yourself from negative energy - why these videos always make it out to be scary is so damaging bc they deem every entity as evil, which as we know with humans there is good and evil people and same within the spirit world
