I think what the SA meant was a wishlist as in what you would like to have once you are approved after being on the waiting list for a quota bag. So waiting list to get approved and then they ask you for your wishlist 😊
Where i live I have to get approved first, and then be on the waiting list among the people who got approved so that when its my turn they go over my wishlist list. Currently I’m 10th on the list. For my first bag by the time I was approved I was 2nd on the list.
