I actually have an explanation for most of these, because of how long stop motion takes most studio's will just replace the head of a puppet to show a different emotion or to so the character can say something, but when the movie is done filming there's going to be a lot of extra heads so most companies will just reuse them, and because Jack's head is a skull it's very easy to reuse
